Mr S Narayanan holds a master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences. He has 26 years of hands-on experience in various agri-business ventures in India and abroad, particularly in the Middle East, Holland and South East Asia.

Ms. Devaki holds a Masters of Arts in Business Management from the University of Edinburgh. Till recently, served as a Senior Analyst at an Independent Investment Management Firm in London providing investment advisory services. Currently serving on the Board of AM International Holdings Private Limited, Penn Globe Limited and Notedome Limited.

As part of joining the group, aims to drive strategic growth plans across Singapore, India and the UK to accelerate its future-readiness. Will work alongside the professional leadership team to grow the global footprint of various group businesses. She is committed towards the organisation’s goal of attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining the best talent. She also hopes to guide operative companies to become world-class entities imbibing the values of resilience and prudence.

Mr Manish Nagpal is a qualified Chartered Accountant. In addition to attending the Executive Program of the Asian Institute of Management, Manila, he also has the Advanced Derivatives Certification from the London School of Economics, UK. He has over 25 years of experience working with various Manufacturing, Trading and Distribution companies in the areas of International business, Structured trade finance, Risk management and Corporate Finance across the world.”

Mr. B Narendran is a Chemical Engineer and a Master’s Graduate from USA in Transportation, had been a consultant to Shell Inc. Houston, Rite-Aid Pharmacy, Detroit and State Highways Administration, Baltimore, USA. He is also the Honorary Vice Consul, Office of the Honorary Consulate, Republic of Philippines in Chennai. He is also the Director in Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation Limited (SPIC) and also serves as the Director on the Boards of several Companies.

Mrs. Sashikala Srikanth is a graduate in Economics and a Chartered Accountant. At present she is providing consultancy services to various corporate including in the area of CSR. Prior to this she was Senior General Manager – Resources of IAL Group and Group Financial Controller of Shattaff Group, in Dubai from 2003 to 2005 and held various Senior Management level positions in leading Companies from 1996 to 2003. She was associated with A F Ferguson and Co., Chartered Accountants, Chennai from 1987 to 1995 where she had also done her articles during 1984-87. Mrs.Sashikala Srikanth is also a Director in Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation Limited (SPIC).

Mr. Senthil Nayagam holds a Chemical Engineering Degree from Annamalai University and Master of Science in Engineering Management from BITS – Pilani. He joined Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation Limited (SPIC) in 1992 and after completion of Training period worked in various departments including Operation, Process Engineering, and Production etc. in various capacities starting from Plant Operation Engineer to General Manager – Works. During his tenure, he was involved in the Commissioning of Phosphoric Acid Complex in Jordan which was a Joint Venture between SPIC and Jordan Phosphate Mines Company (JPMC). He has wide experience in project execution and involved in Natural Gas Conversion Process of SPIC’s Ammonia Plant and Process Technology Conversion of Greenstar Fertilizer’s Phosphoric Acid Plant. With close to 30 years of Plant Experience and a present position as General Manager at SPIC, he is in charge of the Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Safety & Environmental aspects of SPIC. Also contributes as a Member of Environmental Advisory Committee in the Fertilizer Association of India.
